Refund & Cancellation Policy

When and how you can get a refund on a MindTenet or Undef Games purchase.

Effective date: June 28, 2026

This policy covers purchases from MindTenet™ LLC, including Undef Games titles and tools. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors — currently Stripe and Square (we may add others). Refunds are issued to your original payment method through the processor used for the purchase. What you’re eligible for depends on the type of product.

Digital goods and print-on-demand

All sales of digital products and print-on-demand items are final once the item is delivered or sent for production — except where it is faulty, materially not as described, or was not delivered, or where the law requires a refund.

Physical goods

For physical products we stock, refund and return eligibility is shown on the product listing. Where a return is offered, request it within the window stated there, with the item unused and in its original condition. Unless stated otherwise on the listing, sales are final.

Subscriptions and cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until you cancel. You can cancel any time — from your account or by emailing us — and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We don’t refund partial periods unless the law requires it. We’ll give reasonable notice before any change to a subscription price, and a failed payment may lead to suspension or cancellation of the subscription.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order details and the reason. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Disputes & chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. You retain the right to dispute a charge with your card issuer; chargebacks are handled through the relevant payment processor.
